Background

PayBox is the first digital wallet in Israel (with over 2.5. million users) app that allows users to hold and manage their funds separately from their bank account. Through their easy and flexible technology, they are leading the group money collection segment and allowing different communities to achieve a variety of goals in a convenient and transparent way. Additionally PayBox is a leading player in the world of digital payments, fund transferring, payments for businesses, client memberships, and benefits.

The project

As the Marketing Manager at PayBox, I was tasked with finding, scoping and integrating a fresh CRM, where we previously lacked one. When we faced the challenge of integrating Braze and having to operate under tight timelines and with limited internal resources, we turned to Paio Solutions given their endless recommendations within the Braze domain.

We needed to build this integration from the ground up, manage the project efficiently, and ensure it ran smoothly alongside our development team. From day one, Paio’s dedication to the project was evident. They not only organized and managed the integration process efficiently but also worked hand in hand with our development team, becoming an invaluable extension of our workforce.

The implementation process

We have heard of integrations lasting 6 months to a year, however they made a promise to have us fully integrated and live within three months. To our surprise and delight, they even extended their services by an additional month, at no extra charge, ensuring we achieved our goal without any compromises. In the end, it took us 4 months to get Braze live in production, allowing us to utilize in-app messages, push notifications and content cards natively within our app.

The conclusion
